Parenting with Kary Valdes

Parenting can be very stressful and frustrating at times, but it can also be the most rewarding thing you have ever done. Watching your children change and grow into themselves is fascinating. Hearing their ideas about friendship, love, and money is always informative–haha! I want you to be able to focus on those fun things. I want you to enjoy how interesting and entertaining your children are as opposed to where they are making mistakes and how it may impact your family.
I can help you learn ways to avoid power struggles, improve communication, and give your children the support they need to grow up to be happy, healthy, adults that contribute to society. I will give individualized parental education that is specific to you and your family, as well as, general across the board things to remember that will help in almost any crisis or bump in the road.
I can also speak to trauma related issues that are happening in your family, such as grief due to death or loss, divorce, lifestyle change, etc.
